OUR PROCESS IS SIMPLE
CONSULTATION
We begin with a phone consultation to discuss your event goals and important details including dates, location, attendees and budget.
EVENT PROPOSAL
After our consultation, we’ll put together a written proposal within one week of the meeting. The proposal outlines all of the details for your event and a proposed timeline.
EVENT PRODUCTION SERVICES
Within the proposal we’ll include an event production fee based on the services discussed during the consultation including venue requirements, number of attendees, A/V needs, food and beverage options and more.
Our services include a management fee based on the total cost of the event and includes a lead producer and day-of event staff. The fee does not include travel, vendor invoices or other out-of-pocket expenses.

THE SHOW!
Once you decide to move forward, we’ll begin working on producing the event. We’ll work with your team to create a production timeline, and provide updates as we move through each stage.
